2008 POENB Guidelines for PRIVATE PARTIES

Read and sign The Agreement for Members Private Parties on Association Property, read and initial this document. Send all paperwork with appropriate checks, payable to POENB to 9 Argyle Drive. A check held as security, to ensure same day clean-up and adherence to all of the following and the 2008 Beach Rules, in the amount of $200 for parties less than75 people or $500 for parties with more than 75 people, will be deposited in the POENB account and refunded no sooner than two weeks after the event assuming the the rules were followed and the Beach is left within the rules and guidelines. Fees may be deducted from the deposit to compensate for any actions taken by POENB to correct any deficiencies or for infringing on other members use of the Beaches or failure to adhere to any of the Beach Rules and/or Private Party Agreements. User Fees for excess wear and clean-up for Private Parties as are follows: Private Party non-refundable Usage Fees: No fee for children’s parties (under 12 years old) with less than 25 people; All other party Fees: up to 50 people...$50; 51 to 100 people... $100; over 100 people... $200. No Rain Dates you may book to dates but booking are non-refundable Please initial each of the following:

_____ I (Sponsor) will be present at the set-up, party and clean-up at all times and will ensure that music levels are reasonable and aimed toward the water

Remove any tents, porta-pottys, or other non POENB objects from the property by no later than 8:00am the next day._____Put away umbrellas I will not leave them out over night
_____Turn off lights and lock the electric box and the umbrella box.
_____Replace any picnic tables, garbage cans, etc that may have been moved for my event.
______Clean the area and place garbage in bags or cans and place them near the driveway
______Report any damage, with the agreement that I will not be held responsible for wear and tear
_____Clean up immediately after my event as someone may have it reserved later the same day or early the next day.
______ Caterers, contractors, etc are my responsibility their actions may cause loss or delay of my deposit if rules are not adhered to.
