Dear POENB members, As you know, the Board has been working diligently on a plan to improve watercraft storage conditions at our beaches. To that end, we have created a watercraft registration system as described below. Starting on Friday, May 8th at 9:00am through Friday, May 22nd at 9:00pm, POENB members with current 2020 memberships will be eligible to register their watercraft online for storage at Price’s Bend and Valley Grove.
Please click here to access the 2020 Watercraft Registration Form.
Please note:
Rack Designations at Price’s Bend
Kayaks will be allowed on racks A, B and C, as well as the Birmingham rack. You can indicate your preference for a particular kayak rack on the registration form.
All double kayaks and canoes are to be stored on the Birmingham rack.
Dinghy-only racks are labeled by color. You can indicate your preference for a particular dinghy rack on the form. Choices are white, black, orange, green, grey, red, pink or blue.
Please note that POENB reserves the right to use the dinghy racks for kayaks only when needed, and only after all registered dinghies have been assigned the closest locations to the water.
If you are a senior POENB member (ages 62+), you can indicate on the form whether you prefer a senior-designated, easier-access storage space.
