Welcome to the Property Owners of Eaton's Neck Beach (POENB) Website.  Eaton's Neck is a special community. It is not only a beautiful place to live but it is a community of friendship and pride unlike many communities in the United States.

POENB exists to advance the welfare of all the residents of Eaton's Neck. It is concerned with our schools, environmental issues and town government, as well as the beach areas that are owned by the association. As a civic association, POENB is concerned with every aspect of the Eaton's Neck environment. Our beaches are an invaluable asset and give our community its unique flavor all through the year.

POENB provides Eaton's Neck residents with many social events all year long.  Annual events include:

• Easter Egg Hunt
• Memorial Day Family Picnic
• Fourth of July Parade (co-sponsored with the Fire Department)
•  Children's Workshop
• Pancake Breakfast on the Beach
• Pig Roast
• Adult Summer Beach Party
• Labor Day Family Pasta Party
• Children's Halloween Party
• Annual Meeting and Year-end party

POENB provides a voice to local government officials. A concerted effort continues to bring awareness of our areas special needs to local government as well as to bring local government officials to us. By inviting government officials and others to our meetings, it allows our residents to voice their concerns about our community.

Our meetings are held at 8:00 pm on the first Friday night of each month at the Eaton's Neck Firehouse (54 Eaton's Neck Road). We hope you will come to our meetings and learn more about this unique community.
